The Medical Director partners with our Director of Operations to oversee the coordination and transition of care among six area skilled nursing facilities while collaborating with an exceptional team of providers. The team's goals include improving patient care and family satisfaction, reduction of costs, and the decrease of unnecessary hospital readmissions. You'll have the opportunity to travel to each of the facilities and spend time with the teams. Additionally, participation in the Geriatrics fellowship program is a possibility, if desired.
