Summary of Job Function: Performs non-invasive cardiac testing inclusive of ECG, Holter monitoring and assistance with stress testing; provides physicians with data for use in diagnosing cardiac abnormalities; participates in unit quality improvement. Uses an understanding of principles of growth and development to determine each patient's age specific needs and provides age specific treatment.
Job Qualifications: High School Graduate or equivalent May be trained on the job. Six month probationary training period under the guidance of a qualified preceptor. Experience in an acute care setting helpful. BLS Healthcare Provider Successful completion of all Orientation Programs
