The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Vermont is seeking a pediatric intensivist to join the Division of Pediatric Critical Care at the University of Vermont and the University of Vermont Children’s Hospital. We are seeking a pediatrician who is Board Certified or Board Eligible in pediatric critical care. Clinical and academic responsibilities include providing comprehensive pediatric critical care services, on-call coverage, teaching residents and medical students, quality improvement, simulation, and community outreach education, with opportunities for research and educational scholarship. The position is for an Assistant Professor on the non-tenure clinical scholar pathway.
The Division of Pediatric Critical Care provides a full spectrum of critical care services, except congenital heart repairs and ECMO. Care is provided for children with a wide range of diagnoses, with team-based family-centered continuity of care.
