The incumbent shall be responsible for providing, under the direction of an occupational therapist, therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards. The incumbent shall also demonstrate accountability for and contribution to program development, quality improvement, problem solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion. The incumbent shall be accountable for carrying out all responsibilities in accordance with Kindred CORE values.
The incumbent shall be a graduate of an associate's degree program or shall have completed equivalent training, and shall meet the practice requirements of the appropriate state. Education/experience in working with an adult and geriatric population is preferred; education/experience serving people with physical disabilities is preferred. Computer and current technology competence.
