As a Lead Pharmacy Quality Technician, you will perform various duties in support of aseptic processing as well as adhering to established procedures in a cGMP environment. The ideal candidate is able to perform critical work accurately in a FDA Registered 503B Outsourcing Facility within the Quality Unit.
Participate and provide Quality oversight during the inspection of finished sterile product to identify any abnormalities, foreign particles or substances
Perform visual inspection using proper equipment
Accurately review and sign off on any associated reports, forms and logs
Environmental and personnel monitoring during aseptic processing of sterile drug product in an ISO Classified environment
Perform tasks that strictly adhere to cGMP and company policies
Follow proper gowning procedures in accordance with controlled and uncontrolled areas of the facility.
Equipment and clean-room sterilization
Mentors and acts as a resource for others
Assist in any other duties that may be assigned (i.e. data entry, filing) by Quality Management
Perform all assigned tasks efficiently and accurately in accordance with established procedures
Documents actions taken in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Collaborates with other departments as well as Quality Management to drive projects and initiatives completed in a timely manner
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Possession of technical proficiency enabling the employee to contribute to continuous quality improvement
This role is equally challenging and rewarding. Strong attention to detail and computer skills are required as you monitor adherence to compliance guidelines. It’s a fast paced, high volume environment where accuracy is essential.

High school diploma / GED or higher
1+ year of cGMP and/or pharmaceutical experience
