| Position Summary:
The Clinical Manager, in collaboration with the Administrative Director, assists in managing the procedural and recovery areas for administrative and clinical aspects to include organizing, developing, directing and assuring the delivery of cost-effective, quality patient care. Directs and oversees the process which ensures that patient care is delivered in accordance with established hospital, State, Federal and Joint Commission, ANA policies, procedures, regulations, ethics, and standards. Provides education to staff based on theoretical and clinical expertise. This position will have twenty-four hour accountability to ensure clinical resource and continuity of patient care.

EDUCATION:
Minimum: BSN for licensed registered nurse, (OR) RCIS with a Bachelor�s of Science degree in radiology, management, or other related healthcare field..
EXPERIENCE:
Two years of experience in clinical related specialty; one year supervisory or management experience, working knowledge of Quality Improvement process and Joint Commission standards.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION:
American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification and ACLS certification required.
Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Florida or RCIS with Radiological l Technology ARRT and Florida CRT icense.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Managerial experience - able to relate to a large variety of individuals. National certification in area of specialty is strongly preferred.
