The Nurse Manager is responsible for daily operations in a specific clinical unit, including quality assurance, patient experience, staff engagement, and financial stewardship while complying with CARF and Joint Commission standards.
Analyze quality and patient care trends at unit level.
Adheres to policies and procedures specific to patient rights.
Maintains a clean and safe environment; identifies and reports hazards.
Maintains BLS certification and assumes responsibility for maintaining required continue education and unit specific credentials.
Meets all mandatory in-service requirements.

Current Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or multi-state license from a Compact State.
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
Three (3) years of clinical experience in nursing
Two (2) years of nursing leadership in a hospital setting
BSN or Baccalaureate in related field
Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
Must have excellent communication skills and proficient in Microsoft office applications
