Diagnostic Radiologic Technician
Diagnostic radiologic technologists perform procedures and examinations in hospitals or clinics under the direction of radiologists and other medical officers. The objective of the examinations and procedures is to produce radiographic studies which are used in medical diagnosis and interpreted by medical officers to locate injuries, foreign bodies, pathological conditions or lesions within the body. *This position will remain open until filled. The duties and responsibilities of the Diagnostic Fluoroscopic Radiologic Technologist include but are not limited to the following: Receiving requests and/or instructions for radiologic procedures. Interpreting requests and/or instructions of physicians for procedures. Securing confidence and cooperation of patients during examination procedures.
