Bachelor Degree in PT or OT
Master's Degree in SLP
Basic CPR through American Heart Association
CCC - Certificate of Clinical Competency
(or) documentation that you are in the process of completing CCC, in this case CFY (clinical fellowship year) SLP.
Certified in Lymphedema Therapy
Licensed by the Dept. of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance
Preferred - One (1) year or more in field. Adults and video swallows experience will be needed.
