The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for providing therapy services, upon referral from an appropriate licensed practitioner, to patients including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation related documentation and communication. Evaluates and treats patients in order to produce effective outcomes. Communicates and assists in resolving problems. Demonstrates effective resource utilization that is critical to operational stability within the organization. Participates in performance improvement and program growth.
Minimum: Bachelor of Science Degree, according to State requirements for Licensure
Preferred: Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
Minimum of completed Clinical Inpatient Rotations required
Florida license as a Physical Therapist from the Agency of Health Care Administrationâ��s Division of Medical Quality Assurance.
Current AHA BLS card
