Seeking an experienced and highly motivated BC Neonatologist to join our integrated practice of neonatologists, neonatal hospitalists and nurse practitioners in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Our team covers 3 clinical sites with a combined delivery rate of 7,000 and combined average daily NICU census of 36:
California Pacific Medical Center: Regional level III NICU, 35 beds, active well baby service, large MFM service, transport program, robust high-risk perinatal navigation program and a full complement of pediatric sub-specialists (90% of shifts at this facility)
Suttter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital: Community level III NICU, 12 beds
Mills Peninsula Hospital: level II NICU
Direct clinical care and leadership including active role for the clinical direction of the regional NICU at California Pacific Medical Center.
Administrative responsibilities as Associate Corporate Practice Medical Director.
Candidates with an interest in innovation for practice growth opportunities that align with hospital partners that include telemedicine and standardizing and expanding our clinical care guidelines across our hospital networks.
Services include conventional and high frequency ventilation, surgical services, body cooling and inbound transports.
Pediatric subspecialists are supported through a partnership with Stanford Children's Hospital.
The practice offers a flexible schedule and a friendly supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have an active California license.
Base compensation is $250,000 - $335,000 with bonus potential.
