Associate Program Director for Internal Medicine Residency Program – Ambulatory Care Section/Primary Care Medicine Welcome to the VA Long Beach Healthcare System California! VA Long Beach Medical Center is seeking a full-time permanent Primary Care Provider to function as the Internal Medicine Associate Program Director (APD). The Associate Program Director will be responsible for the management of attending and resident clinic scheduling, resident quality improvement projects, resident counseling/evaluation, advancement, and the maintenance of records related to program accreditation.  Participate in academic societies and in educational programs, local and national meetings designed to enhance their educational and administrative skill.
