This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific individual eligibility requirements in accordance with VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. The incumbents are expected to adhere to stated policies and provide timely documentation of clinical notes and timely interpretation and closure of diagnostic reports, consults, and clinic encounters. In addition, the incumbents are expected to coordinate and communicate the treatment plan with Hospitalists, Primary Care Providers, nursing staff, social workers, clerical staff, pharmacy and other sub-specialists and ancillary staff.
