The Primary Care Physician Supervisor supervises PAs, NPs and MDs to ensure achievement of VA goals and applicable performance measures. This position may manage coverage schedules and complete mid/annual performance for any necessary direct reports. This position is also responsible for administrative tasks associated with clinic operations and provides leadership and direction to support staff assigned to their PACT (Patient Aligned Care Team). To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement.
