• 7 sessions per week of clinical care including private panel and resident precepting
• 3 sessions per week for educational, population health, and administrative work
• Teach and evaluate Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, EM/IM residents and medical students in the health system's largest teaching practice
• X + Y scheduling system internal medicine and Med-Peds residents
• Participate in resident didactics as part of the ambulatory academic half day
• Mentor resident quality improvement and clinical initiatives
• Participate in faculty development sessions
• Take advantage of a Monday-Friday work week and access to a broad array of provider expertise and clinical interests
• Support with Behavioral Health, PharmD, Social Work and Care Management services
• Choose to live in New Jersey, Delaware, or Southeastern Pennsylvania

Compensation & benefits package include:

• Base salary, multiple bonus incentives, loan repayment options (including eligibility for PSLF participation), plus sign-on & relocation bonus
