Physician Family Medicine/Internal Medicine - With Focus on Medicaid and CHP+ Members
The Colorado Permanente Medical Group is expanding, and we are seeking board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or IM-Peds physicians to provide comprehensive medical services to patients covered by Medicaid and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) members, regardless of age or sex, on a continuous basis. We have opportunities available at the Kaiser Permanente offices in Lakewood and Aurora Centrepoint medical offices in the Denver metro area. Physicians must be willing to dedicate up to 30% of FTE to take inbound, on-demand calls and provide virtual care services to patients that can be done from home.
